Karin’s yoga classes are for all ages and FITNESS LEVELS
People say, “I can’t do yoga. I’m
not flexible.” You don’t have to be flexible to do yoga. But,
you may become more flexible from doing it. Your movements in
and out of asanas (poses) combined with pranayama (breathing)
and a meditative attitude bring you to a profound awareness of
yourself - far beyond how flexible you are and how perfect you
look in the asana.
